America Porcayo guides homebuyers through the loan process with dedication, passion and kindness. She finds joy in listening to their needs and desires, educating them on their options, and seeing them through the process, from the first conversation to the closing table, and beyond.

 

Clients and coworkers can count on America to support them in anyway she can. It has always been her dream to help others in a real way, and the opportunity to help homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership led to a career as a loan officer. 

 

When she's not working, America loves to be with her children and grandchildren. In her free time, she can be found volunteering at the Northwest Harvest Food Bank or paying a visit to her local animal shelter.
