Customer Service Rep/Teller - Part-time (20 hours per week)

Seeking upbeat and energetic individual with outstanding customer service skills to work in our North Spokane branch, approximately 20 hours per week.  Typical schedule will be Monday - Friday 11am-3pm.

Will perform a variety of teller services such as greeting customers, processing deposits and withdrawals, customer account maintenance, and educating customers on bank products and services.  Previous cash handling and customer service experience desired.

Applications Administrator

Spokane, WA

Application administrator will be a part of the Bank’s IT team and collaborate on various projects.

Primary focus will be on the administration and configuration of the Banks various applications; including the setup and administration of SharePoint 2016 intranet and workflows for various business units. 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with administration and setup of SharePoint

  • Understanding of database and SQL administration

  • General knowledge of Windows Server and desktop operating systems

  • Must be self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Collaborate with others on projects and fill in for others when needed

  • Willingness to cross train and take on new challenges

Although the primary focus of the position will be on applications, the ideal candidate will also have some general IT experience to assist on projects or backup other individual the department.  Preferable experience includes:

  • Windows Server, AD and NTFS permissions

  • Active Directory and GPO

  • Exchange server

  • Basic understanding of LAN/WAN

Credit Analyst

We are currently seeing a Credit Analyst with 1+ year’s experience, preferably in commercial lending.  Will analyze credit data to estimate degree of risk involved in extending credit to customers; evaluate results of investigations, prepare reports of findings and suggest credit limitations to management.  Will also review appraisals for compliance with law and policy, prepare debt service analysis, and recommend credit risk mitigation. Must have experience compiling information in a database and running ad-hoc reports.  Will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

This position has the flexibility to be full-time or part-time, based on applicants needs.

Credit Administrator

The Credit Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Chief Credit Officer in ensuring the overall performance of the Banks loan portfolio.  The position will evaluate and approve/decline credit requests, for assigned lenders, that exceed their signing authority. Responsibilities include monitoring the credit quality of assigned portfolios to help ensure that established risk parameters are being adhered to, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and credit policies of the Bank, providing assistance to lending officers in managing credit risk and assisting with the development of relationship managers, credit analysts and any other colleague involved in the evaluation of credit. Reviews and evaluates the most complex credits. Acts as a technical expert for complex credit products.

Successful applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years experience in Commercial Lending with lending approval.  Wheatland Bank has historically maintained excellent asset quality.  Candidate must share a conservative credit culture, and have the ability to assist leaders in structuring deals, keeping the banks best interest in mind. 

Must have strong interpersonal skills with excellent credit, problem solving and decision making skills.  Must possess a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
