Lead Customer Service Rep/Teller

The Lead Customer Service Rep will perform a variety of teller services such as greeting customers, processing deposits and withdrawals, customer account maintenance, and educating customers on bank products and services.  Additionally, provides supervision over CSR’s and ensures that the duties and responsibilities assigned are carried out in an effective, systematic, and cost oriented manner. Assures maximum customer service and satisfaction, appropriate control over the processing of all transactions, ensures required protection of Bank assets and assists in achievement of branch goals. Reports directly to the Branch Manager with additional reporting to the Bank Operations Officer.

Previous cash handling and banking experience required.

Commercial Loan Officer

Experienced and motivated Commercial Loan Officers needed in the Spokane market.  Will proactively and effectively manage existing Bank customer loan relationships and successfully identify and develop new customer loan relationships for the Bank.

Must be self-driven, ambitious, goal oriented, with strong analytical, underwriting, customer service and sales skills.  Will have strong leadership traits, work ethic, written and verbal communication and time management skills.  Will possess basic computer skills including Excel and Word and be able to effectively supervise lending department personnel.     

Ideal candidates will have minimum 3 years experience in commercial lending.
