Loan Servicing Specialist

The Loan Servising Specialist will provide technical and administrative support to the Credit Administration, Loan Processing, Loan Servicing, and Compliance departments. Position will ensure accurate input and review of loans into the Bank's mainframe database. Will assist in securing collateral, completing lien searches, preparing various reports and other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties, as assigned. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and have exceptional communication skills. Previous banking experience preferred.
Pay Raneg: $19.00-25.00/hour

Lending Technical Analyst
Spokane, WA

Provides support to the Loan Servicing, Documentation, Processing and Credit Administration departments by managing lending software releases, software enhancements, and various reporting requirements. Acts as a liaison between the Information Technology department and the Credit Administration team. Develops report automation and ensures that report data is validated. Works closely with the IT department and software providers to deliver solutions to technical issues while following IT security protocols. Assists in third-party vendor reviews and participates in departmental projects to enhance efficiency and productivity. Assists with the preparation of both internal and external audits. Works closely with department team members and Information Technology.
Qualified Applicants much have technical expertise on banking systems and software, have strong systems and process analyst skills and have the ability to develop detailed knowledge of the lending unit. Compliance experience highly desirable.
Salary Range: 55,000-85,000
