Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operational and profitability of the branch by directing sales and business development, meeting operational objectives and ensuring the branch achieves its annual goals. Duties include the management and leadership of employee development and engagement, continual coaching and performance management. The Branch Manager is responsible for prospecting and enhancing business relationships by identifying and referring sales opportunities for financial needs and presenting all options to the customer, following up as needed. The Branch Manager relationship banking responsibilities include achieving sales goals, profiling customers to identify a customer’s financial needs across all service lines, and providing a referral to the appropriate department if needed.

 

Successful candidates must have 2-5 years recent experience in a financial institution and excellent computer skills including Excel and Word. 

 

Must have proven history leading and developing a team. 

 

Community involvement and ties highly desired.

IT Support Specialist

The Information Technology Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the Information Technology Department as directed; providing general and technical support assistance to users of the Bank’s local, wide, wireless, Internet, and Intranet networks, telephone and Voice Over IP (VoIP) systems, and all related software programs.  Ensures the Bank's systems are operating in a secure and stable manner as directed.  Responsible for performing routine daily tasks and participates in special department projects.

Credit Administrator

The Credit Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Chief Credit Officer in ensuring the overall performance of the Banks loan portfolio.  The position will evaluate and approve/decline credit requests, for assigned lenders, that exceed their signing authority. Responsibilities include monitoring the credit quality of assigned portfolios to help ensure that established risk parameters are being adhered to, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and credit policies of the Bank, providing assistance to lending officers in managing credit risk and assisting with the development of relationship managers, credit analysts and any other colleague involved in the evaluation of credit. Reviews and evaluates the most complex credits. Acts as a technical expert for complex credit products.

Successful applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years experience in Commercial Lending with lending approval.  Wheatland Bank has historically maintained excellent asset quality.  Candidate must share a conservative credit culture, and have the ability to assist leaders in structuring deals, keeping the banks best interest in mind. 

Must have strong interpersonal skills with excellent credit, problem solving and decision making skills.  Must possess a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.

Commercial Loan Officer

Experienced and motivated Commercial Loan Officers needed in the Spokane market.  Will proactively and effectively manage existing Bank customer loan relationships and successfully identify and develop new customer loan relationships for the Bank.

Must be self-driven, ambitious, goal oriented, with strong analytical, underwriting, customer service and sales skills.  Will have strong leadership traits, work ethic, written and verbal communication and time management skills.  Will possess basic computer skills including Excel and Word and be able to effectively supervise lending department personnel.
