Agricultural Loan Officer
Lincoln County, WA (Davenport, Wilbur, Odessa)
Experienced and motivated Agricultural Loan Officer needed in the Lincoln County market. Will proactively and effectively manage existing Bank customer loan relationships and successfully identify and develop new customer loan relationships for the Bank.
Must be self-driven, ambitious, goal oriented, with strong analytical, underwriting, customer service and sales skills. Will have strong leadership traits, work ethic, written and verbal communication and time management skills. Will possess basic computer skills including Excel and Word and be able to effectively supervise lending department personnel.
Ideal candidates will have minimum 3 years experience in agricultural lending.
Salary Range: 75,000-115,000. This position is also eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
