Lead Customer Service Rep/Teller
The Lead Customer Service Rep will perform a variety of teller services such as greeting customers, processing deposits and withdrawals, customer account maintenance, and educating customers on bank products and services. Additionally, provides supervision over CSR’s and ensures that the duties and responsibilities assigned are carried out in an effective, systematic, and cost oriented manner. Assures maximum customer service and satisfaction, appropriate control over the processing of all transactions, ensures required protection of Bank assets and assists in achievement of branch goals. Reports directly to the Branch Manager with additional reporting to the Bank Operations Officer.
Previous cash handling and banking experience required.
