Wealth Management Assistant & Customer Service Rep / Bank Teller
The Wealth Management Assistant & Customer Service Rep / Teller will split their time between job responsibilities. As the Wealth Management Assistant, this position will provide support and assistance to the Financial Advisors, resulting in the efficient operation of the Wealth Management department, including the retention of customers. Will answer department calls and route appropriately; set appointments and manage multiple calendars; coordinate details of marketing events and initiate follow up procedures.
Additionally, this position will perform a variety of teller services, such as greeting customers, processing deposits and withdrawals, customer account maintenance and educating customers on bank products and services.
Successful candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a banking environment. Must be detail oriented, professional in manner and possess excellent communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
