Irma Perez

Hi…my name is Irma Perez and I am a long time Yakima Valley resident. I have been working in the mortgage industry since 2008 and enjoy being part of the home buying process while building personal relationships with my clients. Assisting them to achieve their goals of becoming a homeowner is something that I take great pride and joy in. Whether they are buying, building or refinancing, each client provides a unique opportunity to learn something new. There is no greater reward than to be a part of the process of helping someone become a homeowner.

My passion is my family and time spent doing the things they love the most. I believe in reinvesting time in my community while doing the things my family loves to do. These activities include attending school sporting events, volunteering in activities with local sports clubs, or watching my kids play soccer, wrestle or swim. Each of these activities provide an opportunity for me, and my family, to get to know fellow community members.
