He earned degrees in Business Management and Business Administration and then spent time serving in the U.S. Army. Growing up on a family farm in the small town of Myrtle Creek, Oregon, Toby has a strong sense of community and service. An outdoor enthusiast, Toby enjoys hunting, fishing and traveling the world.
