Tyler Fackrell

Buying a home is not an 8am-5pm endeavor during the work week. Tyler prides himself on his ability to be available for his clients when they need him or have questions about the lending process. He has built wonderful relationships with his clients as they maneuver the path toward buying a home.

With more than 6 years of experience in mortgage lending experience with Wheatland Bank, Tyler is confident in navigating each step of the mortgage process with his clients. He understands the financial impact of buying a home. With his knowledge of the mortgage environment, he caters to the client the financial impact of the home buying process.

Tyler is local to Spokane, graduating from Mt. Spokane High School in 2010 and Whitworth University in 2015. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting. Working with numbers is his favorite part of the home lending process, aside from working with his wonderful borrowers.

Tyler understands the importance of family, making Spokane his home with his wife and two daughters.
